The 27-year-old actress, who is best known for her roles in Shiva Baby and Bodies Bodies Bodies, was invited to talk about her upcoming project with Sam Levinson (Euphoria) and The Weeknd. But before they could start, Sennott had to tell Seth Meyers about an experience she said she had about five or six years ago. Reading from a tweet the actress had previously shared in May of 2020, Sennott explained that the first time she ever got intimate with a man was because his profile picture was a photo of him and Meyers. Before heading off to college, Sennott described herself as very religious and later claimed to be “addicted to god,” so when she arrived at NYU as a virgin, she was confident she would “save herself for marriage.” But as time went on and after multiple conversations with friends, Sennott concluded that if she wasn’t going to have sex before marriage, she at least had to give someone a b******. So on her journey to finding “the right guy,” Sennott was swiping on Tinder when she came across a profile of a man who had a picture with Meyers. “And I was like, ‘okay, whoever’s getting salads for him [Meyers], that’s the guy I’m gonna b***,’” she said with a smirk. In the tweet, she wrote that she picked him because she thought “interning at Seth Meyers was cool.” As the audience laughed, Sennott grinned, and Meyers shared that he was glad to have heard the story from her (rather than on another late-night talk show) before Sennott continued with one last follow-up conversation she had also been waiting to have. Also, reading from something she had previously posted on Twitter, Sennott asked Meyers how he felt about the pictures he takes with his interns being used as profile pictures on dating sites. “I’m just incredibly honored and flattered to play even a very small part in this story,” Meyers replied.
