The 68-year-old actress reunited with her former co-stars Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo over the weekend, as the trio posed for some photos together at Steel City Comic Con near Pittsburgh, Pa.  Brinkley—who famously played the bombshell in the red Ferrari in National Lampoon’s Vacation—shared a few snaps to Instagram with her former cast-mates, known for their iconic roles as Clark and Ellen Griswold.  In the nostalgic snaps shared to Instagram, Brinkley is seen cuddling up to Chase, 79, and D’Angelo, 71, for a set of wholesome selfies.  Brinkley—whose Vacation character served as Clark’s dream woman, with whom he goes on a risqué skinny dipping adventure—captioned the post, “These Three Amigos are going to need a Christmas Vacation after @steelcitycomiccon 😜,” in reference to the film’s 1989 holiday sequel, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.  “We’re back again today and I’m in the mood for some fun!” Brinkley continued, nearly 40 years after the movie premiered, while sweetly adding, “I just love you two @officialbeverlydangelo and @chevychase.”  The supermodel also re-posted a comical video from Chase’s Instagram page, where he is seen sitting peacefully with his on-screen wife, before Brinkley comes in, much like the plot in their 1983 film.  “This is about as iconic as it gets!! Have a blast..❤️” one person commented on Brinkley’s Instagram post.  “The gang is back together 🚗👙” someone else exclaimed.  Chase himself also chimed in, leaving a simple red heart “❤️” emoji under the post.  Of course, the Vacation reunion made fans reminisce on the hit holiday film, Christmas Vacation, which has become somewhat of a classic when it comes to Christmas movies.  “It isn’t Christmas without Christmas Vacation!!!” one user wrote in the comments, and we agree! For all those who celebrate, this post post serves as your sign to watch Christmas Vacation if you haven’t already this holiday season.
