Well-wishes have already been sent to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s first child by various royal accounts. A family photo from the day of Archie’s christening was posted to Duchess Kateand Prince William’s Twitter page with the caption, “Wishing Archie a very happy 3rd Birthday today.” In the photo, Archie wears the lace christening robe that is used in the christenings of all royal babies, cradled on Meghan’s lap. There’s no word yet from Montecito, California, as to how the Sussexes will celebrate with Archie—but it’s possible we’ll hear nothing at all. Last year Archie became a big brother to Lilibet Diana, who turns one in June. The last time we glimpsed Archie, he had a full head of red hair like his dad’s and was wearing the cutest pair of jeans and a white shirt! That snapshot came via Meghan and Harry’s family Christmas card, which also marked the first—and only—time we saw their daughter. Lili looked cute as a button in the family portrait, squealing as Meghan raised her into the air. Archie Harrison was born at Portland Hospital in London on May 6, 2019, weighing 7 pounds, 3 ounces.
