The singer donned Shania Twain’s iconic 1999 Grammy Awards dress for the country music event at which Twain was an honoree. I Feel Like a Woman!” She also won two awards that night: Best Country Song and Best Country Vocal Performance for her song “You’re Still The One.” This time around, Ballerini wore the dress as a way to honor Twain while the Canadian singer received the Poet’s Award from the Academy of Country Music. Meanwhile, Twain wore her own classic style on the red carpet, and the two country singers even posed together for a photo. To make the night even more special, Ballerini performed Twain’s hit, “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!,” while wearing a replica outfit from the original music video. She looks like an absolute angel. It’s very flattering to see her in the dress, and that she even wanted to wear it. She said, “It was an incredible night for me at the GRAMMYs [in 1999].
