Hellmann’s, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Robinhood, Chipotle and Huggies were among brands who made their Super Bowl debut this year. Meanwhile, veteran advertisers Budweiser, Coke and Pepsi sat out of Super Bowl LV. “This difficult choice was made to ensure we are investing in the right resources during these unprecedented times,” a Coke spokesperson previously told CNBC. While there were plenty of funny and star-studded ads, there were some tearjerkers like Ford’s emotional spot that urges Americans to finish strong in the battle against COVID-19. “Let’s look out for each other,” narrator Bryan Cranston, who is a COVID-19 survivor himself, says in the Ford commercial. “We are so close.
